Abstract: 

In this paper a fuzzy analytical network process model for supporting the vendor selection process in strategic situations is suggested. First, the vendor evaluation problem is putting together by use of the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach and a five-step hybrid process, which incorporates the technique of fuzzy analytical network process. Then the modified TOPSIS (technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution) is used to rank vendors in terms of their overall performances. The newly developed ANP will be used to compute the relative weights of the multiple evaluation criteria, which are obtained from the nominal group technique (NGT) with interdependences. To show the ability of the suggested model a case study is proposed. This case study shows how this approach can be used for the strategic vendor selection problem.

Abstract: 

The tourism industry in the present century is recognized as one of the most thriving industries and the driving force of the world economy development. This emerging industry has been managed to attract the attention of many stakeholders from other industries by influencing other industries. Sport Tourism is also considered as a part of tourism that is created as a combination of sport and tourism, and is growing at a rapid rate and becoming a major and independent industry The aim of this study sport tourism in the province using the hybrid model is the SWOT-ANP The purpose of this research is applied and is cross-sectional in nature. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a total of 57 tourism experts has been sampling The results of this study show good geographical location in the natural gravitational strengths of the province's sports infrastructure deficit Sport and date it and the lack of cooperation and coordination between different agencies weaknesses Employment growth in various sectors and its close relationship with the neighboring province of opportunities and a gradual loss Natural Resources and faster depreciation of sports infrastructure and sports tourism province is the main threat Finally, results of surveys priority strategies using AHP model show the first priority of defensive strategies, competitive strategies in the second priority, third priority diversification strategies and strategies for priority review of the final (fourth) is located.

Abstract: 

Speeding is a major cause of traffic accidents and is estimated to be the cause of about 40% of fatalities in road accidents. Speed is a major accident risk factor and affects both rate and severity of traffic accidents. This importance has led to universal use of intelligent control systems for maintaining road safety by enforcing speed regulations. In this study, a modeling is carried out by the use of Analytic Network Process (ANP) based on the expert opinion to determine the importance of several criteria for location of speed cameras. Modeling was carried out using the opinions expressed in a meeting with an expert group consisting of two credible experts on traffic and transportation, one traffic officer, and one expert on traffic accident. Criteria, alternatives, and the relation between factors were discussed in meeting and the results were recorded only after reaching a consensus. The basic model was developed, and then quantified by introducing the numbers and relations suggested by experts. Camera location criteria considered in this study are police presence, effect of traffic control equipment, lighting conditions, history of accidents (in the last three years), and land use adjacent to the studied road segment. Accident statistics was used as the measure of road segment’ s recent safety. For this purpose, history of accidents in each segment in the last three years was collected. The accidents resulting no injury or fatality were given a weight of 1, accidents leading to injury were given a weight of 3, and fatal accidents were given a weight of 9. Hamedan’ s third ring road is then used as a case study to evaluate the model. The results show that Ahmadi Roshan Blvd. is the top priority for installation of speed cameras.

Abstract: 

Development and expansion in information and communication tools in last years had caused universal organizations and companies expand their markets in the entire world. Thereinafter, traditional local markets have modified to world wide rivalry markets. Therefore, in order to be successful in the new market, organizations need to focus on core process of organization. For this reason organizations would like to outsource the noncore processes to outside service provider companies. Selection of the most suitable supplier/s is the vital decision with wide domain of inferences in the supply chain management. The suppliers play key role in the successes of supply chain management targets. In this article the supplier selection techniques and models had been studied. Results had been appeared that none of the published models can could support the all outsourcing problems in the general form. In this study the Analytic Network Process (ANP) model which has initiated by Saaty (1996), had selected for base model to expand and make the final model. Analytic network process is the developed face of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. ANP with have all attributes of AHP can enter all dependences and feedbacks between elements of decision making to final rating of alternatives. Since, a part of this model involves paired comparisons of element, so in vague conditions of judgments, this model seems to be none complete model to cover all problems of outsourcing. Therefore, the Analytic Network Process (ANP) is adopted and developed by fuzzy set theory to cover the indeterminacy of decisions made in this field. The authors have developed a linear programming model to elicit eigenvectors from fuzzy comparison matrices. Hybridization of these two concepts can model supplier selection problem in all circumstances and reaches the optimal choice. Finally, a numerical example is used to validate the proposed model.

Abstract: 

Earthquakes have the potential to cause widespread destruction, especially in urban areas with high infrastructure and population density. Understanding and analyzing urban earthquake vulnerability is crucial for reducing the impact of earthquakes. Earthquake hazard zoning plays a significant role in assessing urban earthquake vulnerability. By dividing a region into different zones based on earthquake hazard levels, authorities can prioritize resources and implement targeted mitigation measures. In this regard, the vulnerability assessment of different areas in the city of Shiraz has been studied. The present research is of a practical nature, and its investigation has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. In order to achieve the research objectives, the effective criteria for urban tissue vulnerability to earthquakes (physical and environmental factors, land morphology, access to emergency and medical centers, and proximity to hazardous facilities) were first identified. Then, using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) model and its software, the value and importance of each criterion were determined. In the next stage, the results of the network analysis process with 4 criteria and 21 sub-criteria were combined, and a map of the level of vulnerability of urban tissues in Shiraz was prepared. The research results indicate that among the influential criteria, physical and environmental factors received the highest score, and the central and southwestern urban areas have the highest vulnerability to earthquakes in the city of Shiraz.

Abstract: 

Identifying the factors affecting landslides occurrence in an area and zoning its hazard is one of the basic measures to achieve solutions to control this phenomenon and reduce its environmental hazards. The aim of this study was to determine the areas sensitive to the possibility of landslides occurrence in the Kolur region (Khalkhal County). In this regard, 9 factors affecting the landslides occurrence in the region including lithology, elevation, slope, slope direction, land use, faults, road construction, drainage network and precipitation were identified and used. Then, to determine the vulnerable areas, the hybrid models of conditional probabilities (Bayes' theorem) and network analysis process (ANP) were used. As for landslides occurrence, the results showed that about 28.69% and 25.40% of the study area had a very high risk, about 21.57% of the study area had a moderate risk, and finally about 14.21 and 13.10% of the study area had a low and a very low risk, respectively. Therefore, 65% of the Kolur region had a high and a very high risk of landslides. The main reason was due to the high slope and the presence of marl calcareous formations.  According to the obtained results and the relationship between the area of hazardous zones and the percentage of landslide with R2 more than 0.93, the accuracy of landslide hazard zoning map in the study area was confirmed at a good level. Therefore, the results of the combined Bayes' theorem-ANP model were suitable for landslide risk zoning in this type of areas, and the resulting map can be used as a valuable tool in environmental planning and reducing landslide occurrence costs.

Abstract: 

Economic and therapeutic value of medicinal plants have encourage the people to increase cultivation of these plants in the world. Glycyrrhiza glabra is one of Iranian native plants which is used in the food, pharmaceutical and tobacco industries. The aim of this research is to identify suitable lands for cultivation of Glycyrrhiza glabra using ANP Fuzzy method in Ligvanchay watershed, Ardabil. Eleven criteria in four clusters including climate, soil, physiography and socio-economic were weighted using expert’ s opinion in Super Decision software. Land use map was prepared using Landsat image and support vector machine method. Also, Fuzzy method was used to prepare same scale layers in Idrisi Selve software. Finally, potential map was prepared using weighted linear combination method in ArcGIS. Based on results, Altitude, slope, soil depth and soil fertility factors were the most important layers respectively. Results showed that 1936. 85 ha (26. 96%) of area have high or very high potential for the task. Based on results by changing the pattern of farming from cereal dryland to licorice can create a better economic benefits.

Abstract: 

Considering the vital role of Environmental factors alongside industries’ efforts on effective and efficient use of resources as well as nowadays’ social issues, lead to serious attention to sustainable development. On the other hand, the intensity and necessity of environmental considerations in the steel industry, which has decades of history in Iran, has always been emphasized. Therefore, this paper aims to elaborate the underlying factors of steel industry sustainable development. To this aim, based on prior studies and interviewing experts, the underlying extracted factors scrutinized through ISM approach in order to develop a coherent structure. In the following, the structured factors clustered by MICMAC analysis. In addition, their mutual affects and importance weights, derived by employing ANP on the ISM developed structure. Findings depict that inventory, occupational accidents, human safety and welfare are the most effecting factors of steel industry sustainable development. . .

Abstract: 

As one of the most significant issues in working environments, the concept of “, envy among employees”,exerts a considerable influence on employees’,feelings. As a negative feeling, enviousness has not sufficiently been researched from an academic point of view. The purpose of this research was to identify and prioritize the effective factors (individual and organizational) on employee envy. This research is developmental-applied in terms of purpose and can be categorized based on the nature and method of descriptive group. Also, based on the type of data, it can be considered as a “, survey –, case”,one. The statistical population of this research includes 10 academic and organizational experts with educational degree related to or experienced in human resource management and organizational behavior. According to the theoretical framework and the review of literature, 19 factors (9 personal factors and 10 organizational) were identified as influencing the concept of envy among employees. Then, DEMATEL technique is used to prioritize the identified factors. To do so, after measuring average of influence and the influence of the identified factors And the factors that R + J were higher than the average ( 7 personal and 7 organizational factors) were selected. In the next step and in order to prioritize the selected factors, ANP technique is used. The results showed that in individual dimension, negative social comparison in the first rank, conscious cognitive assessment of other’, s better future in the second rank and awareness of other’, s abilities were put in the third rank. Also in organizational dimension, low level of fairness and justice in organization ranked first, performance evaluation ranked second and leader-member interaction ranked thirdر With regard to the results, it can be argued that the experts in human resource management should prepare themselves to face any kind of envy on behalf of employees and have ability to change envy to competition and motivation.
